Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of cxcash.com, including its articles, metric guides, calculators, downloadable templates and the CX Cash waitlist. The site is run by CX Cash ("we", "us"). By using it you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

Information, not advice

Everything on cxcash.com is general information about startup finance. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, and it doesn't take your company's circumstances into account. Figures, benchmarks and examples illustrate a point and may not fit your situation. Check anything you plan to act on, and talk to a qualified adviser before making decisions that matter.

We cite the sources behind our figures and fix mistakes when we find them; every factual correction is listed on our corrections page. Even so, we can't promise that every page is complete, accurate or up to date when you read it.

Calculators and templates

Our calculators and downloadable templates are provided as they are. Their results depend on the numbers you enter and on assumptions you should review. Check the output before you rely on it, share it with investors or use it in your accounts.

The waitlist and the product

CX Cash is not launched yet. Joining the waitlist doesn't create an account, commit you to buying anything, or oblige us to offer you the product. Features, pricing and timing described on the site may change before launch. When the product launches, its use will be covered by separate terms that you'll see before you sign up.

Our content

The articles, guides, tools, templates, design and the CX Cash name and logo belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You're welcome to:

• read the site, and share or link to any page;
• quote short extracts, with credit to CX Cash and a link to the source page;
• use our templates and calculators for your own company or your own investments.

You may not republish whole articles, sell or redistribute our templates, or copy the site's content in bulk, whether by hand or with automated tools, without our written permission.

Using the site fairly

Don't use the site for anything unlawful, don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, and don't submit our forms with someone else's email address or in bulk. We may block access that breaks these rules.

Links to other websites

We link to other websites, mostly to show where a figure comes from. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

Liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on its content, including decisions you make based on an article, a calculator or a template, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or removes rights you have as a consumer.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site and the product change. The date at the top shows the latest version, which applies from the day it is published.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where CX Cash is established. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in its courts.
