Which tools are you paying for twice?

CX Cash pulls every SaaS charge into one list, flags the vendors that do the same job, and shows the renewal date on each, so you can cut the overlap before it auto-renews for another year.

Thirty-seven tools, two flagged as possible duplicates, ranked by monthly spend.

Nobody owns the full list, so the duplicates hide in plain sight

Sales bought a CRM, marketing bought another, two teams run separate wikis, and three different note apps show up on the card. Each charge is small enough to ignore on its own, so it clears month after month and nobody adds it up. By the time finance asks what you actually spend on software, the answer is buried across forty invoices, half of them on annual plans that already renewed. You only find the overlap after you have paid for it again.

What you can do

Every subscription in one list

Connect your cards and accounting and CX Cash gathers every recurring software charge into a single ranked view: vendor, monthly cost, and the total across all of them. No more guessing how many tools you run or what they add up to.

Duplicate-job flags

When two vendors do the same job, like Confluence and Notion or HubSpot and Salesforce, CX Cash marks them as possible duplicates so you can decide which one stays instead of quietly paying for both.

Renewal dates on every vendor

Each tool carries its next renewal date, so the annual plans get reviewed before they lock in for another twelve months rather than weeks after the charge already hit.

Spend trend you can act on

Watch total SaaS spend move month over month, so a creeping bill shows up as a line you can question rather than a number that only surprises you at budget time.

Live

updates as charges land

Onboard in three steps

  1. 01

    Connect cards and accounting

Link your corporate cards and QuickBooks. CX Cash finds the recurring software charges on its own, with no list to build or keep current by hand.

  2. 02

    Read the ranked list

Every vendor lands on one screen sorted by monthly spend, with the total tool count, the combined cost, and the possible-duplicate flags already in place.

  3. 03

    Cut before the renewal

Open any flagged pair, compare what each costs, and cancel the overlap ahead of its renewal date so the saving lands this cycle, not next year.

Questions

How does CX Cash know which tools are duplicates? +

It groups vendors by the job they do, so two CRMs, two wikis, or two note apps surface as a possible-duplicate pair. The flag is a prompt to review, not an automatic cancel: you decide which tool stays.

Where does the spend data come from? +

Recurring software charges on your connected corporate cards and accounting feed the list. Each vendor connects once through those sources, then new charges flow in without you re-keying anything.

Will it catch annual plans, not just monthly ones? +

Yes. Annual subscriptions show up with their renewal date and the per-month equivalent, so the big once-a-year charges get reviewed on the same list as the monthly ones rather than slipping through.

Can I see what software costs in total, not just per vendor? +

The view sums every subscription into one monthly figure and a tool count, and tracks both month over month, so you can answer what you spend on software without opening forty invoices.
